​​Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks for pre-orders and 2-3 days for standard orders .

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Orders being deliveries in New Zealand have a delivery fee of $10 for orders below $140 and shipping is free for orders over $140 

Orders being delivered overseas will hold a $33 delivery fee.

Returns & exchange

All returns must be returned within 14 days from day of delivery to customer and must be in original condition. 

Garments can be exchanged for another size or item as long as they are in original condition.
